Come and participate in the finest medieval experience with us
With a festival ticket you can come see the nearly 200 merchants and artisans of the marketplace. You may also see acrobats, fearsome vikings and life in the medieval campground. For the family’s youngest ones there is also the Children’s Village.
Taste the delicacies, enjoy the good food, watch merciless battles in the buhurt arena and discover the war horse camp. In addition to all of this, your ticket allows you to visit the magnificent medieval castle of Häme and the unique prison, which now functions as a museum. You can bask in the atmosphere even better by participating in the parties held in the castle’s beautiful halls or by dressing in a medieval costume. The costume rental store makes sure there will be an outfit for everyone who wants one.

Opening hours
- Friday August 16th from 12PM to 6PM
- Saturday August 17th from 10AM to 6PM
- On Friday and Saturday, the Fireshow and Horse Tournament will be held in the arena from 8PM to 11PM, and the tavern will not stop the festivities until 1AM
- Sunday August 18th from 10AM to 5PM
With the festival ticket you may access the entire Linnanniemi area, the Häme castle and the prison. The Häme castle and prison do not sell festival tickets. Escorts may enter the area for free.
Tickets
With the festival entrance ticket, you can enjoy the extensive offer of the festival area. With one ticket, you may see and experience e.g. international and domestic artists on the tavern’s stage, viking bouts, buhurt matches, the excitement of the war horse camp, the vast market, the games of the children’s village, the life of the camps and even the sweet encounters of domesticated animals. All this is included in the ticket price.

Fun for groups
The bachelor parties have already discovered the festival evenings. We have a staggering amount of entertainment and programs ready for you, but we will come up with more ideas if your group so wishes.

We can tailor special content for business groups and customer events. Uniform outfits guarantee a memorable festival experience in a historical setting.
