Häme Medieval Festival is organised by Hämeen keskiaikatapahtumat Oy. Our company is owned by Hämeenlinnan keskiaikayhdistys ry, which has been organising the event since 1997, originally under the name Hämeen keskiaikamarkkinat (Häme Medieval Market). As the Medieval Market started to grow in scope, the company organised into Hämeen keskiaikatapahtumat oy and the Häme Medieval Festival has been held since 2017.
